The old site opened with a pop-up poster and a long block of text. Registration went through a generic online form linked from a link-in-bio page, so parents could not see which documents were missing, when the test was, or when results would come out. No fees were published at all, so every cost question moved to WhatsApp.

Programs for the four levels were spread over separate profile pages dominated by vision and mission statements, the gallery was mostly text-heavy banners and group photos of children, and the FAQ answers were cut off.

The homepage answers what parents ask first: each level with ages, hours, Qur'an memorisation targets and programs, what happens every school day, campus facilities, a fee table that switches between the first-wave price and the normal price, the five admission steps, an agenda and an FAQ. Admission runs as numbered steps with a registration number, document uploads from a phone with a progress bar, and a summary that applies the first-wave and sibling discounts.

The parent portal handles more than one child: an acceptance notice with the decision letter, the registration journey, a date strip with observation, interview and deadline markers, and a checkout for re-enrolment with full payment, three instalments or a pay-once-until-graduation option through virtual account or QRIS. Staff work from a board that moves applicants from missing documents to paid, with seat quotas per level and gender. The planned production stack is Laravel with MySQL, a VA/QRIS payment gateway and WhatsApp notifications.
