Multi-Branch Barbershop Website
A redesign for a premium barbershop with five branches. Customers search by branch, service and date, compare branches by queue and rating, and book a barber and time slot; staff run the day from a calendar per barber.

01The Challenge
The old site opened with a slogan over an interior photo, followed by a cut-off paragraph and a large empty area. Prices sat on a separate page, and every reservation button led to the same WhatsApp number, so customers could not choose a branch, a barber or a time.
Five branches were listed without opening hours, map links or any sign of how busy they were. The free membership and birthday discount were mentioned only in the top bar, the Instagram embed failed to load, and the copy switched between English and Indonesian.
02The Solution
The homepage opens with a search for branch, service and date, followed by branch cards showing rating, chairs and the current queue, then the full price list with durations. Each branch has its own page with a photo gallery, services that can be added to a booking, barbers, reviews, opening hours, and a booking card that stays in view.
Booking moves through service, barber, time and confirmation: dates are picked from a strip and open times from a list, with full slots disabled and the summary kept on the right. Members see upcoming bookings, the birthday discount and the style notes barbers write after each cut. Behind the counter, a partner calendar shows every barber as a column with bookings, walk-ins and breaks. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase.
