The old site opened with a slider of promotional posters, so dates, prices and the operating licence lived inside images. Package cards showed empty fields for hotel class and airline, and the real details—price per room type, hotel names, inclusions—sat in free-text descriptions full of emoji and duplicated lines.

There was no way to work out a down payment or monthly installment without contacting customer service, even though paying in stages is how most pilgrims buy. The gallery and testimonials were branded posters over pilgrims' faces, and the pilgrim app behind the login was invisible from the website.

The homepage opens with a search for departure month, city and budget, followed by a licence strip and a departure list that can be filtered by season. Each row shows the date, hotels, airline, seats left and starting price. Package pages turn the poster content into structured data: prices per room type, Makkah and Madinah hotels, a nine-day itinerary and what is or is not included, with an installment simulator that builds the payment schedule up to the H-45 settlement date.

After registering, pilgrims see total, paid and remaining amounts, upcoming installments with a virtual account, and a document checklist per family member where rejected items can be re-uploaded. Before departure, staff use a rooming list to place pilgrims into rooms by gender, family and assistance needs. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase and a virtual-account payment gateway.
