The old site was a single landing page whose every button opened the same WhatsApp chat. Five house types sat in an accordion with broken images and no land size, building size, rooms or prices, so buyers could not compare options or check whether anything was still available.

There was no siteplan, no mortgage information and no way to schedule a visit. The page mixed buyers' handover photos, an empty video embed and a slider of nearby franchise logos, and buyers who had already paid had nowhere to see construction progress or upcoming down-payment instalments.

The homepage keeps one clear action, a WhatsApp field for the price list, and turns the house types into tabs with land and building size, rooms, price and the number of units still available. The siteplan shows all 48 lots by block and road with available, booked and sold status; selecting a lot opens its type, orientation, corner premium, specifications and starting instalment.

The mortgage page calculates down payment, tenor and monthly instalments for four partner banks, including fixed and floating periods and an Islamic option, plus the cash needed before signing. Visits are booked from a calendar, with an option to pay a booking fee that holds the unit. After purchase, buyers see physical progress by month and stage, site notes with photos, and their down-payment schedule. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase, a virtual-account payment gateway and the WhatsApp API.
