The old store opened with a slider of text-heavy campaign banners, and the menu listed more than fifteen collection names with no sense of which was new. Product cards showed only a name, an internal code and a price, so shoppers had to open each item to discover that their size was gone.

Sold-out sizes simply could not be selected, even though the brand produces in batches and could take pre-orders. Sizing was a single line about the model's height, the loyalty points and size exchange lived on separate text pages, and resellers had no channel other than WhatsApp.

The homepage is led by the current collection, with its pre-order deadline in the top bar, category tiles, a collection banner with tabs, and a drop schedule that shows how much of each batch's quota is taken. The catalog filters by availability, size, collection and category, and every card lists its sizes with pre-order marked. On the product page each size shows Ready, a low-stock count or Pre-order; choosing a sold-out size switches the button to pre-order with the batch close and shipping dates, and a size guide drawer turns a body measurement into a recommended size.

Resellers get their own portal: an order sheet laid out as products by sizes, with stock or pre-order shown in each cell, discount tiers recalculated as quantities change, and a dropship option that ships under the reseller's store name. A second tab tracks regular and pre-order shipments step by step. The planned production stack is Shopify with a custom Dawn-based theme, variant-level pre-order quotas and B2B price lists.
