The old site opened with a carousel of promotional banners and brand logos, so the first screen did not say what was sold or to whom. Product pages carried only a title, price and stock, with no specifications or documents, and the health ministry permit number appeared only as small print inside some product images. Almost every photo was stamped with the store logo.

Popular items were marked sold out without a restock date, there was no route for clinics or hospitals even though the store supplied them, large items could not be paid in installments, and warranty claims had no process beyond a 14-day store guarantee icon. Several homepage blocks were empty placeholders.

The storefront follows a calm product-first theme pattern. The main catalog is a price list grouped by need, where each row shows the permit number, warranty length and live stock next to the price, and a permit checker lets buyers verify a registration number before purchase. Product pages add package options, a 0% installment calculator, delivery with home installation, and collapsible sections for specifications, permit documents, warranty and shipping.

Clinics and hospitals get a separate quotation flow modelled on a split checkout: the item list with quantities and tax on one side, facility data, procurement route (direct purchase, government e-catalogue or tender) and payment terms on the other. Behind the counter, technicians work from a ticket queue covering workshop repairs, site visits, calibration and 14-day replacements, with serial number, warranty status and priority on every row. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase and a payment gateway for card installments.
