AC Service Company Website
A redesign for an on-call air conditioner service covering cleaning, refrigerant top-ups, repairs and installation. Customers price jobs per unit and PK, book the units registered at their address into a two-hour window, follow the visit and receive a report for each unit; technicians work from a phone checklist.

01The Challenge
The old site was one long page of capitalised sales copy. Prices appeared twice in different formats, once as cards and again as a long numbered table, and the order form only asked for a service type and a quantity from one to five before handing everything to WhatsApp. Unit size, address and arrival time were all negotiated in chat.
Customers had no way of knowing when a technician would arrive or who it would be, even though a cancellation fee applied once the technician reached the door. Work done on each unit was not recorded, so warranty claims and repeat visits depended on memory, and offices and shophouses appeared only as a surcharge with no route to a maintenance contract.
02The Solution
The homepage opens with a quote bar for service, PK and number of units, followed by photo tiles for each service and a price table split into maintenance, refrigerant, installation and repair, with the building surcharge and cancellation rule stated beside it. Service areas list which days each district is covered, and offices are pointed to a maintenance contract with a single monthly invoice.
Booking starts from the address: units already registered there are listed with brand, PK and last service, each with its own service choice, and new units are added with a stepper. A month calendar and two-hour windows show remaining crews, and the total stays in a bar at the bottom. On the day, the tracking page shows the technician, arrival log and progress, then a report per unit with before-and-after readings, photos and any extra work the customer approved. Technicians see today's jobs, a checklist with reading inputs per unit and the full history of the address. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase and the WhatsApp Business API.
