AESTHETIC CLINIC WEBSITE & PROGRAMSLIVE

Aesthetic Skin Clinic Website

A redesign for a single-location aesthetic and wellness clinic. Visitors start from a skin concern, see a multi-session program with its total price, and schedule every session at once; therapists record each session on a client program card.

Aesthetic Skin Clinic Website

01The Challenge

The old site listed treatments as titles and images, in the clinic's own terms, with no prices, durations or session counts. Visitors think in concerns such as acne or dark spots, so they had to message the clinic just to learn what fits and roughly what it costs.

Every booking button led to WhatsApp, so staff answered the same questions by hand and no schedule could be chosen. Laser treatments need several visits, yet nothing on the site or in the workflow treated them as a course, which left continuity to memory.

02The Solution

The site was turned around from a service catalogue into a concern, program and schedule flow. The first screen is an index of concerns, each opening a program with a session path, a session count selector and a price total that updates. The patient then places all sessions on a three-month calendar, adjusts the spacing or individual dates, and pays a deposit or in full. Every recommendation states that the doctor reviews it at the first session.

The therapist tablet shows today's queue, the client's session progress and skin history, and a short note form; finishing a session updates the card and queues the next reminder. Planned stack: Next.js and Supabase for programs, sessions and role-based records, a payment gateway for deposits, and the WhatsApp API for reminders.
