The old homepage opened with a promotional banner and a paragraph listing more than forty branch cities, followed by twelve services shown with equal weight, from car rental to heavy equipment and hotel booking. Car cards showed a single price per 12 hours without saying whether it included a driver or fuel.

Full rates were long blocks of text per car, while the self-drive rules, rental durations, overtime and fuel policy were spread over three pages and the document requirements were an image. Booking meant filling a form without a price, waiting for customer service, transferring the deposit to an account sent by chat, and confirming within ten minutes.

The homepage opens with a search card for self-drive, chauffeured or monthly rental, pickup point and schedule, followed by one rate table for every car across four packages, the documents and deposit required for each rental type, and monthly rates for companies. Results apply the self-drive rule per category, show remaining units and the total for the chosen dates, and let customers switch cars that require a driver to the chauffeured option.

Checkout follows a split layout: the summary shows the car, schedule, line items, down payment, balance and the separate deposit, while the form collects renter details, delivery point, document uploads and QRIS or virtual account payment. At the pool, staff see today's departures and returns, an availability timeline per licence plate with servicing and unpaid holds, and a handover checklist for documents, deposit, fuel, mileage and photos. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase.
