Online Printing Service Website

The old site listed more than fifteen products but showed no prices at all. Its "transparent pricing" section was a form asking for a company name, product, quantity and WhatsApp number, and every step of ordering, from consultation to file submission and proofing, happened in chat.

The site explained file checks for CMYK, resolution, bleed and safe area in a long SEO article, yet offered no place to upload a file. Paper stocks and finishes were plain text lists, and the homepage mixed client logos, testimonials and thousands of words of articles, so the path to an actual product was hard to find.

The homepage works like a print store: best-selling products with starting prices, sizes drawn to scale, and paper stocks with short specifications. The business card configurator updates the price, the price per card, the quantity tiers and the ready-to-ship date as size, paper, sides, finishes, quantity and turnaround change.

After configuring, customers upload a PDF and see six preflight results. Text placed too close to the trim line can be fixed by the prepress team or by uploading a revision, and the digital proof shows trim, safe area and bleed before approval. On the print floor, prepress combines approved jobs with the same stock and finish onto one gang sheet, sees how many positions remain, and checks the day's machine schedule. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase, a server-side PDF preflight service and WhatsApp notifications.
