Tutoring Center Website

The old site opened with a slider of seven promotional banners, followed by three identical gift icons that repeated the banner text. Only the online tryout packages had prices; in-person classes, which are the core of the business, were not described at all, so parents had to ask on WhatsApp for schedules and fees.

Paid packages were mixed with free packages for enrolled students under internal codes, every button led into the exam app, and there was no way to register for a class. Parents had nothing to look at between report cards, so attendance and tryout recaps were sent by hand.

The homepage opens with a program finder: choosing a school level switches the plan cards, which follow a pricing-page pattern with price, who it is for and what is included. Online tryout packages sit in a table with test counts, validity and next dates, and a calculator estimates monthly fees for several children with a sibling discount. Each program page shows the weekly schedule for the chosen class, the simulation calendar and the subtest format, next to a registration card with remaining seats and full or instalment payment.

After registering, parents get a portal per child with attendance, the latest simulation score, branch rank, a score chart against the branch average and the target study program, scores per subtest, invoices and tutor notes. In class, tutors mark attendance on a tablet and parents of absent students are notified automatically. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase, a payment gateway and the WhatsApp API.
