The old site published its weekly schedule and price list only as poster images, which were hard to read on a phone and impossible to book from. The class and login buttons led back to the same page, so anyone who wanted a spot had to message the studio and wait for a reply.

Trainer profiles were also posters with text inside the image, and nothing explained how packages worked: how many sessions they held, when they expired, or how late a booking could be cancelled. The registration form asked visitors to tick from sixteen class names before giving them a way to start.

The homepage opens on a card listing today's classes with instructor, level and spots left, placed over a mosaic of the studio's own photos, followed by class types, packages, instructors and the booking rules. The schedule page combines a seven-day strip and class filters with a floor map of the reformers facing the instructor, so members pick a numbered reformer, see their credit balance change and read the exact free-cancellation deadline before they confirm. Full classes switch to a waitlist.

The package page shows the current balance, four group packages or private sessions, an expiry date calculated from today, and payment by QRIS, virtual account or card from a sticky bar. At the front desk, a tablet screen lists today's classes and shows the same reformer map with who has arrived, plus a searchable roster with one-tap check-in, low-credit and first-class flags, and the next class's waitlist. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase.
