Wedding Organizer & Catering Website

The old site opened with a slogan and a contact button. Prices were spread across more than a hundred venue pages, each listing seven guest counts, so comparing two venues meant opening pages one by one. There was no way to see which dates were still free, and every question went to one of four WhatsApp numbers.

Package contents sat on a third level as long lists, which hid the difference between the two main packages. Payment terms were folded into an accordion with a personal bank account, the homepage relied on an Instagram feed that exposed past couples' names and phone numbers, and nothing supported couples after they had booked.

The homepage puts the three packages side by side in a comparison table, lists partner venues by area with their next free weekends, and explains the booking fee, 50% down payment at H-30 and settlement at H-14 before offering a tasting appointment. The package builder shows six venues against twelve weekends; picking a free slot, the guest count, the buffet menu and add-ons updates the estimate bar and calculates the payment due dates from the wedding date.

After booking, couples get a planner with an 18-step checklist, payment status, the next tasting appointment and every vendor with its contact person. On the day, the crew follows a rundown grouped into akad, break and reception, filtered by role, with the current cue highlighted, vendor arrival times and family notes. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase, a virtual-account payment gateway and WhatsApp reminders.
