Villa Rental Booking Website

The agency manages villas from two to forty-two bedrooms, but the old site opened with a default store list sorted by popularity, with no date or guest search. Listing cards did not show bedrooms or capacity, and every villa page ended in a single WhatsApp button, so guests had to ask about each villa's availability one chat at a time.

Important terms were spread across separate pages: down payments of 30 or 50 percent depending on the season, extra-bed and catering prices, survey fees, and a list of six bank accounts to transfer to, which made it harder for guests to trust where to pay.

The homepage leads with a search for location, check-in, check-out and guests, facility filters such as private pool or bus access, villas still free for the coming weekend, and shortcuts by group size and add-ons. Search results show bedrooms, capacity, highlights and the total for the chosen dates, and flag villas that need extra beds.

Each villa page follows a familiar listing layout: a photo gallery, highlights, facilities, a two-month availability calendar and payment terms, with a booking card that stays in view. Changing the guest count or adding catering updates the total and the 30 percent down payment, which is paid to a virtual account on the invoice. The agent works from a monthly calendar per villa with nightly prices and colour-coded bookings for paid stays, pending down payments, surveys and owner maintenance. The planned production stack is Next.js with Supabase and a payment gateway.
